Shipping
We ship within Australia and internationally. Delivery times and costs are outlined below.
Australia
Free shipping on orders over $250 AUD. $15 standard / $20 express under $250. Ceramics: $30 flat rate (no free shipping).
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Standard: 2–4 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
- Regional: allow an additional 3–4 business days
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Orders may ship separately. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
International
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery time: 14–25 business days (after dispatch). Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not currently ship to the United States.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
- Sale periods may require additional processing time
- You will be notified of any delays

Available from our flagship store at 241 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, Melbourne VIC. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation before visiting.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. To begin a return, use our Returns Portal or contact customerservice@bul.com.au
- Full-priced items are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
- Archive items are final sale (no returns)
- Earrings are not eligible for return
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Refunds
Refunds are issued once your return has been received and approved. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate. Wear and tear or incorrect care is not considered a fault.
International Returns
International returns must be arranged and shipped at the customer’s expense. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
In-Store Returns
In-store purchases may be exchanged within 14 days. Refunds are only provided for faulty items.
