An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced retail Store Manager to lead and engage our retail team at our flagship location. The successful individual will be an exceptional ambassador for the brand, have previous retail experience and be analytical and creative in their approach. If you are highly motivated, can show initiative and have proven leadership qualities we’d love to connect with you about building a career with búl.

To be considered for the position you will demonstrate the following:

• Effectively manage and lead a small team
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication
• Utilise merchandising skills to enhance the store’s presentation
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Stay highly organised and focus on expanding our customer base
• Demonstrate a strong sales background and work towards achieving budgets

Applicants need to have a minimum one year fashion retail experience, preferably within a boutique environment. Managerial experience preferred.
