Loyalty Program
A considered gesture for those who return.
For every $1 spent, 1 point is earned. At 500 points, a $25 loyalty voucher is issued for use online or in-store.
Membership is created automatically upon account creation, quietly recognising continued engagement.
Joining

Earning Points
Points are earned on purchases and selected actions, such as referrals, following us online, or sharing your birthday.
Rewards
When a reward becomes available, you will receive an email notification.
Select “claim” and apply your unique code at checkout. Only one code may be used per order.

Validity
Points remain valid for 12 months of inactivity.
Vouchers remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Returns
If an item purchased with a reward is returned, the value of the reward may be deducted from your refund.
Accounts & Communication
Newsletter subscription and Loyalty Program participation are separate.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time and continue to earn points.
