How do I earn points?
Points are earned on purchases and selected activities such as referrals, social follows, or sharing your birthday.
How do I redeem rewards?
When a reward is available, you’ll receive an email. Click “claim” and enter your unique code at checkout. Only one code may be used per order.
Do points or rewards expire?
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Vouchers are valid for 30 days from claim.
What if I return an item purchased with a reward?
The value of the reward may be deducted from your refund.
Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter and still earn points?
Yes, newsletter subscription is separate from rewards participation.
