E-Commerce Manager

Location: Fitzroy, Melbourne

As we continue to grow, we’re excited to offer a new part-time opportunity (3–4 days per week) based at our Fitzroy studio. We’re seeking an experienced, organised, and driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital operations. In this newly created role, you'll focus on enhancing website performance, optimising SEO, driving digital marketing strategies, and improving the overall user experience.

This data-driven position involves key responsibilities such as reporting, analytics, and campaign optimisation. You will develop ad strategies across META, Google Ads, and Google Shopping, while identifying new opportunities for growth. You'll also collaborate closely with our Graphic Designer to turn insights into impactful content and digital assets.

Key responsibilites
  • Improve website functionality and ensure a seamless, optimised user experience
  • Optimise product listings and site structure for SEO
  • Develop, manage, and execute data-informed digital marketing strategies
  • Track trends and identify new opportunities in the digital landscape
  • Lead reporting and performance analytics to guide decision-making
  • Continuously refine ad strategies to drive sales and ROI
  • Collaborate with our Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content

  • Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Ahrefs)
  • Competence in platforms including Shopify, META, Google Ads, and Google Shopping
