ONLINE RETURNS

All returns must be in their original, new condition, not damaged, worn or washed and must have original tags attached.

Please note we do not accept refunds for change of mind on sale items, however we will happily offer you an exchange or store credit note for your item/s.

To return/exchange your recent online purchase, please follow the below outlined process: 

  1. Within the 14 day period of purchase, notify búl of your request to exchange/ refund an item via email to customerservice@bul.com.au. 

  2. búl will reply with a ‘Return Authorisation Number’ (RA#) confirming the exchange/ refund. You will then have 7 days from receiving you RA# to send your order back. Items received beyond this period are subject to being denied a return.

  3. Please print out and fill in the attached return form with the reason code you would like to select. Please send to:

  1. Once items have been received, búl online will assess the item and then ship your exchange request free of charge. Please allow up to 3 business days to process returns once delivered.

*Until your return is received by búl, it is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as búl does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to exchange an item/s in store please email customerservice@bul.com.au to receive an RA# and notify us of what you’d like to exchange for so we can ensure that our store has what you are after. 

No refunds can be given in store for online purchases.

 


 

IN STORE RETURNS

Refunds and exchanges are accepted in store within 14 days of purchase on full price items and/ or if the item is deemed faulty.

All exchanges must be in saleable condition, unworn with tags attached. Receipt of purchase is to be presented or proof of purchase must be in our system.

No refunds or exchanges on sale items. All items purchased at our Outlet stores are final.

Layby returns: Total layby must be paid off within four weeks of deposit date. If a layby is cancelled before the four weeks, you will forfeit your 30% deposit paid. If the price of your item/s changes during the length of your layby, for example if the item/s are now on sale you are still required to pay the full original layby price as shown in the layby agreement.

FAULTY ITEMS

Búl considers items as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team via customerservice@bul.com.au and they will instruct you on how to return the item.

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or improper care are not considered to be faulty.
